Shipping & Returns
If you are ordering from us for the first time the minimum order value is £100+vat for UK orders (£250 for non-UK orders)
If you have bought from us previously and are trading with us on a regular basis the minimum order value is £50+vat
Delivery to a UK Mainland Address
Orders of less than £100+vat will incur a Delivery Charge of £7.50+vat
Orders of less than £250+vat will incur a Delivery Charge of £4.95+vat
Orders of £250+vat or more qualify for FREE delivery.
Orders are dispatched once we receive your payment by Bank Transfer.
The majority of our orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days (not guaranteed) of receiving cleared Payment. Deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm – Monday-Friday. We will be pleased to quote for either Saturday Delivery or Timed Delivery. Our deliveries are insured for full value of the order.
Delivery to a UK Offshore Address - Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands
Our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to inform you of the Delivery Charges applicable. Your order will only be processed after receiving your acceptance of the Delivery Charges.
Delivery to an International Address - all other countries and destinations
We can deliver orders to most countries, and only accept Payment by Bank Transfer.
Orders are dispatched when your Payment by Bank Transfer is received.
When placing your order, please specify the Country of Destination in the address section. Our Customer Service Representatives will contact you, providing a written confirmation of the prices (excluding VAT outside the EC Countries), the method of delivery, delivery charges and insurance.
Your order will only be processed after receiving your acceptance of the Delivery Charges.
Please note that you will be liable for all Customs Duties, Customs Clearance Charges and any other incidental charges due to the forwarding / clearing agents in your Country. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information.
You must organise the return the faulty items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Goods received back will be checked by our returns department and if they are found not to be faulty we are unable to accept these back and will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
We do not accept back "unwanted" items.
