• Why can I not see any prices ?

    We are a "trade only" website and customers must register and login to view prices.

  • How do I register ?

    Please click on any of the "Login" buttons or go to "My Account" and continue as a new customer and fill out the registration form. You will then have to wait for us to activate your account before you can view any prices.

  • I have registered and logged in but I still cannot see any prices, what am I doing wrong ?

    Once we have received your application form we will usually activate your account within the same working day, however activation can take upto 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been activated, until then you will not be able to view any prices.

  • Why has my account has not been activated and it has been over 24 hours since I registered ?

    All required information has to been filled in correctly for the account to be activated.

  • What is is my Username and Password ?

    Your Username is your email address and your Password is the one you created when you registered.

    If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one and this will be sent to your email address.

  • What is the minimum order ?

    Customers must place a minimum first order of £100+vat for UK orders (£250 for non-UK orders), thereafter £50+vat per order.

  • How much does delivery cost and how long will it take to receive my order ?

    Delivery to a UK Mainland Address

    Orders of less than £100+vat will have a delivery charge of £7.50+vat.
    Orders of less than £250+vat will have a delivery charge of £4.95+vat.
    Orders of £250+vat or more are delivered free of charge.

    Delivery to a UK Offshore or International Address

    Our customer service representatives will contact you to inform you of the delivery charges applicable. Your order will only be processed after receiving your acceptance of the delivery charges.

    The majority of our orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days (not guaranteed) of receiving cleared payment. Deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm – Monday-Friday

  • How do I pay ?

    We do not take any payment online. Please proceed to checkout and confirm the order.

    If you do not have a credit account with us our sales team will contact you for payment before your order is dispatched. We accept payment by BACS and Debit Cards (we do not accept Credit Cards). Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds.

  • Do you offer a "drop-shipping" service ?

    We are wholesalers and only sell in bulk and do not offer a drop-shipping service.

  • Can I return unwanted items ?

    We do not accept "unwanted" items under any circumstances.

  • I am overseas customer, do I have to pay VAT ?

    No, VAT will not apply. However if you are part of the European Union then you must provide a VAT/TAX Number, otherwise VAT will be applicable at the standard rate.

  • Can you send me a brochure of your products ?

    We do not have a printed brochure. Our website is updated everyday with the latest products and prices.
